Mortgage Advisor Hammersmith and Fulham: Why Use Woodhall Mortgages?

Many buyers in Fulham assume they need a locally based broker. Where your broker is based has no bearing on the quality or range of mortgage advice they can give. What matters is whole-of-market access and an adviser who knows which lenders suit which situations.

Woodhall Mortgages is a whole-of-market mortgage broker. We are not restricted to a single lender or a limited panel. We work with buyers across Fulham, Hammersmith, Parsons Green and the wider SW6 and W6 area, considering mortgages from across the market, subject to lender criteria and product availability.

Everything is done by phone, video, or email. No meetings needed. The lender access and advice quality are the same for a buyer in Fulham as for a client anywhere else. Call 01422 354011 or fill in the form below.

Mortgage Broker Fulham and Hammersmith: Services We Offer

We assist with the full range of mortgage types relevant to buyers, movers, remortgage applicants and landlords across SW6, W6 and the wider south west London area.

Residential purchase

From a period terrace in Parsons Green to a riverside development near Bishops Park. We identify lenders suited to the property type, purchase price and your income profile.

Remortgage SW6

Fixed rate ending or looking to release equity. We search the full market and manage the switch to your new deal, subject to lender criteria and product availability.

Buy to let Fulham

Purchasing or remortgaging a buy-to-let property in Fulham or Hammersmith. We advise on lender criteria, rental yield requirements and product options for SW6 and W6 properties.

First-time buyer Fulham

We explain deposit requirements, lender eligibility and guide you from decision in principle to offer. Fulham has a range of flat and house price points suited to first buyers.

High value property

Properties in Parsons Green, along the Fulham Road and riverside can fall outside standard lender thresholds. We identify specialist lenders for larger loan amounts, subject to individual circumstances.

Self-employed

Many Fulham buyers have complex income structures. We identify self-employed mortgage lenders whose assessment approach fits your situation.

The Fulham Property Market

Fulham sits in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, between Chelsea to the east, Kensington to the north and Putney to the south west.

The SW6 postcode covers a varied housing stock: Victorian and Edwardian terraced houses, mansion blocks and converted flats across most of the borough, with newer riverside developments appearing in the south near the Thames. Fulham Road and New Kings Road form the main commercial corridors. Fulham Broadway station gives District line access into central London in around twenty minutes.

Parsons Green is built around its village green and the streets off New Kings Road. Families and professionals tend to end up here, drawn by the period houses and the relative quiet compared to Fulham Broadway. Sands End, down at the southern tip near the Thames, is a different market: newer builds, converted industrial properties and a buyer profile that skews younger than Parsons Green. Bishops Park and Fulham Palace along the riverside give the area green space that most of inner south west London doesn't have.

Hammersmith (W6), to the north, has four tube lines running through it: District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith and City, and Circle. The property market there covers period conversions, modern apartment blocks and riverside properties along the Thames path.

Property values vary across the borough. A flat in Sands End and a family house near Parsons Green are different transactions with different lender profiles, and the advice needs to reflect that.
