Chris Flanagan

Chris has been a mortgage advisor for 10yrs, working in high street banks and large estate agents. He decided to set up Woodhall Mortgages to bring his passion for excellent service and wide knowledge in the mortgage industry together. Whilst providing his clients with the best advice and service, he balances work and family life, spending time with his two young twin boys.

Luke Flanagan

Luke helped set up Woodhall Mortgages alongside his brother as an administrator and achieved his CeMAP qualification in 2017. After gaining valuable experience within the financial industry Luke has progressed to a full-time mortgage advisor. He prides himself on his excellent customer service skills. Outside work, when not playing a variety of sports, Luke can be found with friends in the local pub.

Finance Manager

Joanne Flanagan

Joanne is the company finance manager. She also deals with all matters HR making sure everybody at Woodhall is happy. Outside of Woodhall Joanne is also a part-time mental health nurse in the local community. In her spare time Joanne regularly attends cross-fit or is constantly chasing after her young twin boys who like to keep her on her toes.

Mortgage Supervisor

Naomi Dent

Naomi has worked a number of roles in the financial industry within high street banks and as an independent mortgage broker. Her open and friendly approach combined with thorough knowledge of the mortgage market ensures her clients a smooth process throughout. Outside work, Naomi enjoys socialising with friends and family time with husband Matt and children, Austin and Ava.

Mortgage Administrator

Beckie Parkinson

Beckie joined Woodhall in October 2018. She has over 7 years experience working in the property industry as a sales negotiator so knows the house buying process in depth which has allowed for a seamless transition to a mortgage administrator. Her daily role is to ensure that the mortgage applications are running smoothly seeing them through to completion.

Compliance Officer

Diana Wilkinson

Diana joined the company in 2017. Prior to this, she has worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years gaining experience in many different areas including mortgages and compliance. At Woodhall Diana is head of compliance and liaises with the Financial conduct authority. Outside of work Diana spends much of her time with her family including her two young children.

Office Dog

Pippa

Pippa is Woodhall’s full time fluffy companion. She keeps staff members thoroughly entertained and is on hand for daily cuddles.
